沙巴体育官网 Imprint is a centralized printing solution designed to be simple, secure, and convenient. It allows users to send print jobs and securely release them from Imprint printers located across campus.

This system improves efficiency by allowing you to print from your device and pick up your documents from any available Imprint printer while maintaining security standards.

At this time, Imprint will not replace existing printers. It is being introduced to evaluate the benefits of a centralized printing system and improve the overall printing experience for the 沙巴体育官网 community.

Imprint Locations

Important

You must be connected to the 沙巴体育官网 Open Wi-Fi network before adding the 沙巴体育官网 Imprint printer to your device.
If the printer does not appear during setup, confirm you are connected to the correct network and try again.

First Time Setup (Required)

Before you can release your print jobs, you must register your 沙巴体育官网 account on an Imprint printer.

Step 1 – Tap Card

Tap your 沙巴体育官网 student or staff ID card on the printer’s card reader to link it to your account.
You only need to do this once.

Step 2 – Log In

沙巴体育官网 Username
沙巴体育官网 Password

Enter your username and password on the printer screen and select Log In / OK.

Step 3 – Registration Complete

If successful, you will see options such as:

Print Release
Access Device
Scan

Your account is now ready to use.

8.5" × 11" (Letter) – standard documents, assignments
11" × 17" (Tabloid) – larger layouts, posters

How to Print

Open your document and select Print

Go to any Imprint printer
Tap your 沙巴体育官网 ID card or sign in with your 沙巴体育官网 username
Select Print Release

How to Add 沙巴体育官网 Imprint on a Personal Device

Windows

Install the Imprint printer driver if prompted
Open Settings
Select Bluetooth & Devices
Click Printers & Scanners
Click Add Device
Select 沙巴体育官网 Imprint

Mac

Open System Settings
Select Printers & Scanners
Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax
Select 沙巴体育官网 Imprint
Click Add

Android

Install the required printing app
Open Settings
Go to Connected Devices or Connections & Sharing
Select Printing

iPhone (iOS)

Open Settings
Go to Printers

Troubleshooting

Printer Not Showing Up

Make sure you are connected to 沙巴体育官网 Open Wi-Fi
Restart your computer and try adding the printer again
Install the printer driver if prompted

Cannot Release Print Job

Confirm you completed the First Time Setup at the printer
Tap your 沙巴体育官网 ID card to log in
Verify the print job was sent to 沙巴体育官网 Imprint

Card Not Working

Try logging in using your 沙巴体育官网 username and password
